weekly meal plan #3



Monday:  Family took us to Cafe Rio :)



Tuesday:  Falafel with a cucumber-yogurt dressing in homemade flour tortillas. Watermelon on the side.

Wednesday:  Marinated pork tenderloin with sauteed cabbage and sourdough bread with a balsamic glaze.

Thursday:   Thai chicken wings with basmati rice, sliced cucumber with sea salt and fresh dinner rolls.


Friday: Date Night!!

Saturday:  Homemade cheese pizza and a side salad with homemade sourdough croutons.
