So don't think I am mentally handicapped with my past post and this...
For some reason, I have never been able to figure out how to decipher the two words burger and booger. Whenever I want to say burger, I saw booger. Whenever I want to say booger, I say burger. My brain cant figure it out. I can even concentrate hard and say the wrong thing.
Just last night we were driving to disco skating at classic skating (ooh yeah) and along the freeway I would see billboards and just randomly sing them out. Well we pass a Five Guys Burger and Fries and I tried to sing that out (with concentration) but it came out "Five Guys BOOGER and Fries!!" Maybe I am mentally retarded.

stupid door knob...
I always have funny stories to tell from sleeping.
Last night, and every night, I wake up in the middle of the night having to go to the bathroom REALLY REALLY bad.
A little background: I have always had this problem. I know this isn't something to brag about, but when I was young my parents had to try many, many different methods on how to treat my peeing my bed every night. Now no one make fun of me, I know all you out there had this same problem. Well we tried the good-night diapers or whatever they were called, the plastic sheets (those were the worst), we even tried a vibrator. They made me wear my little brothers funny underwear and we would put a vibrator in the little pocket in the front that would go off whenever it sensed something warm and wet. I would always wake up all wet, with this stupid vibrator just starting to go off. The method that ended up working was this magical spray that I would spray in my nose every night. It really was magical. It worked, and just like that I had no more problems. I learned to wake up in the middle of the night before I had an accident.
Well this has since continued with me waking up every night. Like I said I had to go really really bad, so I hop up and stumble to the door and the stupid knob comes off! The door would not open. I tried putting the knob back on, but since it was early in the morning, and dark (theres no way I was going to turn the light on, I would have kevin to face) I couldnt open the door. It felt like the end of the world. I really was going to have to HOLD IT ALL NIGHT?? I heard kevin rustling in the sheets and whispered to him that I couldnt open the door that the stupid knob had come off. He didnt respond, so I just had to go back to bed. It took me forever to go back to sleep.
Well come to find out, I tell kevin this morning and he just started laughing and said he was awake the whole time but didnt what to get out of bed to help me. Even though when he woke up in the morning, he opened the door in 10 seconds. Unfair.

valentines day
So for Valentines Day we had planned to go skiing during the day, go to a movie afterwards, then come back home and make pizza together, drink some bubbly, and just have a romantic night together. Well this all changed when we woke up. I woke up with a bad stomach ache and ill just say you know what, if you don't know what, then lucky you. After this first episode, kevin brought me flowers and pepto-bismol in bed, how romantic! He did a really good job with picking out my flowers, they were beautiful. Right after I finished the pepto, it came right back up. And this was how our day went. Every 20 minutes or so I had to head to the bathroom to either throw-up, you know what, or most of the time-both. Quite tiring. I even had the great idea of taking a hot shower when I thought I was feeling ok, and blacked out twice while in the shower. So I hurried as fast as I could out of the shower to get to our bed and passed out on the way, and smacked right into the hall wall and onto the ground. I got a few bruises on my arm (Kevin says I need to learn to fall better haha). So while I layed in bed all day long, Kevin cleaned the house. He cleaned our room, did our laundry, cleaned the kitchen and living room, did the dishes, and he even deep cleaned the bathroom. This probably took him 3 hours. And every half our or so he would pop his head in to see how I was doing. What a great husband. He took care of me all day, spent all day with me, and even cleaned the house. He even went and got me all different kinds of gatorades to make sure he got the kind I liked. He even cleaned up all my messes I made in the bathroom and in the sink. What a catch I have. So this is a shout out to my husband, that he gave me the best valentines present ever and that I love him so much.
I couldn't find the cord to our camera, so here is what the flowers I got looked like!

engagement period/ wedding day pictures
Here are a bunch of pictures from our engagement period and wedding day. We've got some getting hair and make-up done on wedding day. We've got a picture of the day I bought kevins ring (4 days before the wedding). Bridal shower pictures. Dress shopping pictures: I found my dress at the last place we stopped at, it had been a long day. Some of my best friends and cute cousins decorating our car oh so beautifully. And then some pictures of preparing and planning.

tender moments
There are only a few things that bring tears to my eyes (good tears that is). Here are two of them:
1. Beautiful pictures of my husband skiing
2. Tender moments at the airport of arriving and departing passengers
1. Kevin went to Bryce Canyon a few weeks ago with his photographer Steven Lloyd to go shoot. They had gotten a bunch of snow down there this season; the most they have ever gotten. I didn't really believe this, I couldn't picture red rock and snow together. The last day they were there, they were getting packed up and ready to leave the canyon when they saw park officers driving up to them. This scared them; they were skiing in a national park, they could go to jail, and get a federal offense. So steve talked to the officers and played dumb, "Oh really..we CANT ski here? why not?..." They had checked the website and read that snowshoeing and cross-country skiing was allowed, so they took this as an ok to ski for them. They told the officers this and they said that the website was wrong, but since that was up, they couldn't do anything to them. So they just let them off the hook! Well with this exciting story of almost getting put in jail I was hoping they had gotten some good shots out of the experience since they would never be able to go back and ski it again. His photographer emailed him some shots the night they got back and when kevin showed them to me, I got teary eyed. They were beautiful! I cant post them up, but hopefully soon they will be published so then I can show them off.
2. My parents got to go to Kauaii a few weeks ago for their 30th wedding anniversary. Well since I love going to the airport, regardless of going on a trip, I took them and picked them up. When I got to go pick them up, I got up there a little early so I could just park at the passenger pickup and people-watch. I love people watching. Especially at the airport. Well while I was waiting, I saw multiple couples who one spouse was leaving or coming home from a trip. It was so cute to see how sad they were when they were leaving, they would hug and kiss and not want to let go of each other. Or when one spouse was getting home, and how excited both were to see one another, and they would hug and kiss. It literally brought tears to my eyes, seeing how much people loved each other. Tender moments at the airport are the best.

why do I giggle in my sleep?
My husband says that I always giggle in my sleep.
Just a few nights ago I did it again. I had a little giggle, so kevin asked what I was laughing at, knowing it was my sleep giggle. I replied in a very clear, not sleepy, and excited voice and said "I got most of it!"
Well Kevin slept talk a bit the other night too; well I would call it slept mumbled. He woke me up in he middle of the night mumbling, so I woke myself up so I could try and talk to him. I asked him what he was saying, and he just kept pointing to our wall and saying "mwahdihalkddkfhwaaa." He did this for me three times before I got bored of talking to him so I fell back asleep.
So I keep thinking, what does this mean? Maybe that my brain works better than his when it sleeps? My brain is more developed than his is? Who knows...

Ski Racing
Last Saturday I got to go up to Park City to watch my husband race at Masters Regional Championship. So I borrowed my moms nice camera so I could take some cool pics. It takes a lot for me to take pictures of anything, but I took the time to bring this camera. But of course, of course, after his first race, the camera died. (This happened on our honeymoon. I brought my camera and told myself I would take plenty of pictures; it died the first day). I wanted to get a cute picture of us together; but I at least got a cute picture of Kevin with his dad.
Kevin did really well! I didn't really get to see his first run since I was busy taking pictures (this is why I hate taking pictures, you miss the fun) but I watched his second run and I was amazed at how good he is. He makes me so proud! ha.

computer is back
Yeay my computer is alive! Around finals last semester my hard drive crashed on me. So we bought a new hard drive ($75), and then ordered new start-up disks ($35) (I for some reason didnt think these were important after I had already used them so I threw them away.. dumb dumb dumb) and it is back and running now! So it only ended up being $110, when I thought I would either be computer-less or $1000 poorer. My music is gone, my pictures are gone, all my college career (papers and such) is gone; but I could care less right now, I still have my macbook!
